Lupins Continues to Bloom Lupins has now relocated to new premises: Thorns Cottage on the Square in Wickham. Complementing the new setting for Lupins, the launch of their new e-commerce website, www.lupins.org.uk, allows customers the opportunity to sample the unique Lupins experience and purchase their products conveniently online. Join the Lupins’ staff and associates for a celebratory glass of champagne or non-alcoholic punch, with a Lupins twist on the evening of the 13th of November at 5:00pm and find out more. There will be a free stem of Lupins ‘Flower of the Month’ for the first 50 attendees and demonstrations of how to include them in an arrangement as well as other inspirational ideas, including some simple but fun designs from “so simple, so try it”! Chicago 2008 AIFD - For Your Eyes Only Sarah Horne of Sarah Horne Flowers presented a programme of her design work to an international audience of around 1100 florists for the American Institute of Floral Designers in Chicago. ‘It was the most amazing experience of my life,’ says Sarah The programme was called ‘For Your eyes Only’ and as you’ve probably guessed it had a James Bond theme. Sarah and her team, Jo Jarvis, Natalie Stanyer and Joe Massie all flew in to Chicago 6 Days before the show and worked at Anthony Gowder Designs and the Chicago Hilton preparing the 47 designs which were to be shown on stage.
